Year 2 life in RP, gosh, trust me , with all the practical exams, its killer. RCP, resturant culinary practicum , ROP, rooms operation , HIS, hospitality information system .ALL OF THESE. RCP is testing all of what we need to do in a fine dining restaurant, example: Polishing cutleries, table setting, napking folding, changing table cloth, taking reservation, make mocktails. Crazy? Yes. ROP, well, you know the system for the hotel to use to check in guests and all. Yes, now i know how the hotel check in us and have our information and all. but this includes what we learn in HIS, this module is the worst.

Because, we have to do "role play", acting out as me being the staff and making reservation and all for the guests. There's different scenarios, such as checking out, changing room for guests. trust me, i screwed up for checking out because one of my classmate sabotaged me to go out and act in front of the guests, I WASN'T PREPARED FOR IT. Unlike the first lesson where i acted for checking in the guests.
